**Exceptional Stay at Ramada Katra** We recently stayed at Ramada Katra for a family leisure trip, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring maximum comfort for our stay. The serene ambiance of the hotel, coupled with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, added a special touch to our trip. The hotel’s proximity to key attractions made our visit even more convenient. The shuttle service to the Vaishno Devi base was seamless and well-organized, which we greatly appreciated. Overall , Ramada Katra exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect choice for families looking for comfort, luxury, and a memorable experience. The restaurant was great food was good and different each day we had breakfast and dinner package and worth it, the whole team every day was great and very facilitating. The night team where very helpful myself and my son where sick they came up to change the bedding and assisted with new towels and making sure we where comfortable in our time of need. We booked two other rooms for the rest of our party all of whom where very happy, all the staff we interacted with where kind and curious! Thank you very much for making a special trip that much nicer!

The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters. His intelligence, knowledge, seriousness and above all his humble personality gleans towards RAMADA could do well in beneficially providing him with greater challenges elsewhere in a larger hotel within the group as he has so much more potential to meet such challenges. The Front office guys are cooperative, and the deals are reasonable & inclusive. They provided all facilities including Gymnasium, Spa & the Pool among others. They need a massage room.. since my massage happened on floor since the bed was cushiony.. I loved the food taste only expected it to be a bit cheap.. the staff is prompt and the views are amazing.. washroom and hot water is available. Loved it . Made my Mata rani journey memorable..
